OK to Post 9-12 First Day of School 8.12.25 Empower Generations 4

Hello, friends!

This week, we’re shining a light on Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs), our approach that transforms learning from a one-size-fits-all model into a personalized journey for every learner. We welcome learners to become active participants in their education, setting their own goals and charting their own paths. Through this journey, they’re not just mastering academic standards; they’re also building the essential skills of self-advocacy, time management, and critical thinking needed to become lifelong learners and empathetic citizens, ready to lead the way into the future.

Don’t forget: Thursday, September 25, is a minimum day to allow time for our ILP meetings. Please be sure to sign up for your child’s ILP meeting September 25, 26, or October 3. We look forward to working alongside you to support your learner’s academic and social-emotional growth.

If you have any questions for our team anytime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@empowergenerations.org or 661-429-3264. And be sure to follow us on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to stay connected!

With gratitude,

Sajae Davison
School Director
