Welcome Ms. Aylin, Empower Generations High School’s New Office Manager!

We are happy to introduce Empower Generations High School’s new office manager, Aylin Sandoval! Let’s get to know Ms. Aylin! 

Please tell us about your background and how you came to be at Empower Generations.

I joined iLEAD in 2020 starting at Empower Generations High School as temporary sub office manager. Then I went to iLEAD Lancaster in January 2021 and came back to Empower Generations in April of 2025.

What are you most excited about as you enter your role at Empower Generations?

I am most excited about working with my new team, building connections and relationships with learners and families, and just overall joining the EGHS family.

Please name five fun facts about you. 

• I am a girl mom.
• I played softball/baseball since I was four.
• I already know some of the learners enrolled at EGHS because they came from iLEAD Lancaster.
• I wanted to be a teacher when I was younger.
• I am a fur mommy to a golden doodle.
