DAILY HEALTH SCREENING
IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY MANDATES, YOU OR YOUR LEARNER MUST COMPLETE THE HEALTH SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD ATTENDING WORKSHOPS ON SITE. ALL FAMILIES WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETION DURING VALET DROP-OFF. ANY LEARNER THAT DOES NOT HAVE A COMPLETED HEALTH SCREENING CANNOT BE ON CAMPUS.
THE HEALTH SCREENING IS LOCATED ON YOUR PARENT SQUARE APP OR YOUR LEARNER’S STUDENT SQUARE APP WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED ON YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO UTILIZE THIS TECHNOLOGY, PLEASE ASK OUR FRONT OFFICE FOR A PAPER COPY.
