Empower Generations High School Enhances Mic’d Up CTE with Whisper Room

Empower Generations High School is proud to announce a significant enhancement to our Mic’d Up Career Technical Education (CTE) resources: We have added the Whisper Room, a dedicated studio space where learners can put their creative skills to the test.

The “Mic’d Up” Pathway: Professional Tools for Future Creators

Our Mic’d Up CTE Pathway is designed to be a launchpad for learners interested in singing, rapping, podcasting, filmmaking, and digital content creation. This curriculum provides the foundational and advanced skills they’ll need to build a competitive portfolio.

Our new Whisper Room sound isolation booth, a professional-grade enclosure, is a game changer for our audio curriculum, providing the following:

• Noise Control: The Whisper Room allows learners to record vocals, voice-overs, and podcasts free from external distractions, achieving the clean, crisp audio required by industry standards.
• Real-World Experience: Empower Generations High Schoolers learn advanced techniques in microphone placement and acoustic control within a dedicated, professional environment.
• Empowering Performance: By eliminating background noise, the booth enables our artists to focus purely on performance, delivering flawless results for their music tracks, short films, and broadcasts.
