Journaling & Gratitudes with Ms.Kim
Happy Monday learners and families! This week we will be starting mindfulness from 8 to 8:30 in the morning. This is time for your learners to reset and prepare to tackle the day with a fresh mind. I will be leading a mindfulness activity titled “Journaling & Gratitudes” in (Conference Room 2 at AVPH). Learners will have the opportunity to write in their journals and release their personal thoughts, write things they are grateful for, or write down goals they have for the day. This activity will be a quiet one with relaxing music in the background that will help learners to start the day on a good note. Hope to see you there! -Ms. Kim
Yoga with Ms. Jeanette
Ms. Jeanette will be starting the day with active stretching and yoga. During this time we will work to set intentions and awaken our bodies and brains. Yoga will meet behind HQ at 8:00 am after check-ins. -Ms. Jeanette
Dancing Pop Art Mural with Ms. Tanya
We will make a colorful mural to commemorate the Pop Art movement. We will use oil pastels to create a mural to decorate HQ! Join us for some relaxing art! Held in Conference Room 1. – Ms. Tanya

Join Mr. Sean For Puzzles and easy listening music, like Lo-Fi to start the day off right. This is a great time to get our minds ready for the day by working on some fun activities. Held in HQ! – Mr. Sean
