Penny Lane Centers offer a critical lifeline for young adults facing housing insecurity through the following programs:

• Transitional Housing Placement Program – Non-Minor Dependents: This program provides safe and stable housing for young adults aged 18-24 who are transitioning out of the foster care system and are not eligible for other housing assistance programs. THPP-NMD offers case management and supportive services to help young adults achieve self-sufficiency.
• Transitional Housing Program: This program offers short-term housing and support services for young adults aged 18-24 experiencing homelessness. It helps young adults develop the skills and resources needed to secure permanent housing and achieve their goals.
• Permanent Supportive Housing Program: This program provides long-term housing and support services for individuals with disabilities who are experiencing chronic homelessness. It helps individuals maintain stable housing and improve their overall well-being.
• Housing Supported Services Program: This program provides rental assistance and support services to individuals and families at risk of homelessness. It helps individuals and families maintain stable housing and prevent homelessness.
