Pregnant and Parenting: NICU Awareness Month

Let’s celebrate our NICU Warriors this month! (and forever)
NICU awareness month is not just for preemies. Full-term babies can be born with complications and end up spending a few days to a few months in the NICU as well.
Here are some tips to help ease the homecoming of your little one:
- Reading to babies in the NICU promotes parental bonding while enhancing brain development.
- Skin-to-skin contact promotes bonding, healing, and growing.
- Celebrate all progressions! Big and Small!
