How to enroll
Submit the Intent to Enroll Form
Complete the online Intent to Enroll Form. It takes about five minutes.
Watch for the Reg-Online email
We email you a registration link that is unique to your family. Check spam if it has not arrived in a few minutes. It expires in 36 hours.
Create your account and upload documents
Open the link, create your Reg-Online credentials, and upload the documents listed below.
The Reg-Online link expires after 36 hours. If yours has already expired, email info@empowergenerations.org and we will send a new one.
What to have ready
Photos taken with your phone are fine. You will upload these during step 3.
- Proof of age
Birth certificate or government-issued ID - Proof of residency
Utility bill, driver’s license or official mail showing your name and current address - Immunization records
As applicable for independent study placement - Completed TB Risk Assessment

Send this as early as you can so our support team has time to coordinate services
You will get an automated confirmation email once the packet is submitted. If anything is missing, the registrar will contact you directly.
Frequently asked questions
What is the tuition?
There is none. Empower Generations is a tuition-free California public charter school.
What grades and ages are served?
Grades 9–12, for learners between the ages of 14 and 24.
Who is eligible to attend?
Any 14 to 24 year old who lives in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino or Kern County.
How does the selection process work?
Spots are offered first come, first served, based on the date your application is completed. If a grade level fills, we open an official waitlist and hold a public lottery.
Can learners enroll midyear?
Yes, though midyear spots are limited by grade-level capacity. Submit the Intent to Enroll Form and our registrar will contact you as openings come up.
