Shoutout to Christian Balaton for choosing a TED Talk that created open and honest conversation in Ms. Dani’s advisory. This TED talk touched on self-regulation, teen neurodevelopment, thriving, and wellness habits. It was also very informative about stressing out and the things we choose to stress out about. It’s important to talk about and seek help for mental health. Great choice in TED Talk, Christian!
