Take care of yourself; mind, body, & soul.

Gain control of your actions & reactions.

Have faith in timing.

Love yourself, so you can love others.

Forgive yourself, so you can forgive others.

Stand up for yourself & your beliefs.

Be open to growth.

Embrace nature.

Be thankful for the earth, sea, sky, & stars.

Beauty is everywhere, find it.
