Youth Employment Program Opportunity

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 enacted a comprehensive youth employment program to serve eligible youth, ages 14-24, who face barriers to education, training, and employment. Students who are interested in WIOA will start on level one and receive 120 hours of paid work at $15/hr. This is available to help individuals who want to take a step into the workforce. Please feel free to reach out to Taylor Anderson at taylor.anderson@empowergenerations.org or Malaka Donovan at malaka.donovan@empowergenerations.org.
Every Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 PM, Ms. Taylor will be holding a Zoom meeting for learners who want to join her Zoom Room to discuss WIOA. Please check ParentSquare for the link to join!
