Message from the Director
Dear Families,
We had such a busy week both on and off campus. Ms. Tanya’s workshops had the opportunity to connect with art through journal writing at the Museum of Art and History (MOAH).
We held our inaugural Fall Festival, created and ran by our learners. We are so proud of their hard work and dedication toward continuing to make our site engaging, fun and meaningful.
We are currently working towards our WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) Candidacy and invite all stakeholders to be a part of this process. Please check out the information below if you are interested in joining the WASC Committee.
This next week includes two field trip opportunities: Antelope Valley College Tour, and Hello Future STEM event for young women. Read on to find out more information! We will also be holding a car wash on Friday, October 25th to support our Cheer Team. We know this crazy wind has made your car extra dirty, so come on by!
With Gratitude,
Malaka Donovan
