Shoutout to Christian Balaton for choosing a TED Talk that created open and honest conversation in Ms. Dani’s advisory. This TED talk touched on self-regulation, teen neurodevelopment, thriving, and wellness habits. It was also very informative about stressing out and the things we choose to stress out about.
