Empower Generations High Schoolers & AVPH Support Drug-Free Commitment During Red Ribbon Week
On October 30, as part of our Red Ribbon Week activities, we were thrilled to have Antelope Valley Partners for Health visit and share important information about mental health and substance use awareness.
Our learners made a commitment to be drug-free and showed their support by adding their painted handprints to a skateboard that will be displayed at AVPH’s new headquarters!
A powerful jelly bean activity really drove home the message about the dangers of laced drugs. Sometimes you get what you expect, and sometimes you don’t…
Big thanks to AVPH for an engaging and informative visit!
