Dear Families,
National School Choice Week was a blast last week! We’re talking hot cocoa, cookies, and some seriously fun Minute to Win It games. Our spirit week was on point too, complete with a super comfy pajama day. Add the “I ❤️ My School” bracelets and swag, and it was the perfect way to celebrate school choice and our amazing community at Empower Generations High School.
Welcome, February! This month, our Learner Outcome focus is on becoming empathetic citizens. We encourage learners to actively cultivate an understanding and appreciation for the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of others. This focus aims to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected. Through various activities and discussions, learners identify and respond to the stories of those around them, building essential skills for positive social interaction and collaboration.
To all who are interested in joining us at EGHS, we would like to invite you to our upcoming information sessions and tours. RSVP to join us for the event(s) of your choice. We are also currently enrolling for this school year and next. To get started, simply fill out our Intent to Enroll form, and we will be in touch! We look forward to meeting you and learning how we can support you on your personalized path to earning your high school diploma.
If you have any questions for our team anytime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@empowergenerations.org or 661-429-3264. And be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay connected!
With gratitude,
Sajae Davison
