Change Maker Cohort with Eagle Rock Professional Development Center
This past week, Empower Generations engaged in a Change Maker Cohort with Eagle Rock Professional Development Center in Estes Park, Colorado. This weeklong youth/adult partnership kicked off a yearlong learner-led project.
We learned about the change model, brainstormed ideas, watched last year’s Change Makers’ presentations, and created our Origin of Stories.
We celebrated Juneteenth, visited the Rocky Mountain National Park, and rock-climbed.
We thoroughly enjoyed these valuable days of learning and look forward to implementing this learner-led project at Empower Generations in the 2023-24 school year!
