Identifying and Dealing with Conflict
This week Ms. Jennifer’s class will look at issues of conflict in our own lives and discuss how we deal with these conflicts, especially ways that are not successful in resolving the issues. Then learners will work on identifying conflict in poems, short stories, and the story they are reading, and we will discuss the resolution to the conflicts, even if the resolution is not successful. This lesson will tie into our mini project, which focuses on conflicts and issues in our lives, how we deal with them, and how we could handle things differently.
