Important: Spring Surveys Coming Soon

Spring Surveys

Dear Families,

Your feedback is important to our school’s success! This spring, we will invite you to participate in a survey designed to support your child’s learning. In addition, learners in grades 3-12 will participate in a similar Educational Partner LCAP Survey. All learners in grades TK-12 will also participate in our second semester Learner Outcome survey. We are striving for 100% participation in each survey to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of our community’s perspectives.

Family Educational Partner LCAP Survey (March 17-28)

Purpose:

  • This survey directly impacts our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), which guides our school’s goals, actions, and budget. Your input helps us ensure we’re providing high-quality, rigorous learning experiences that prepare learners for college and careers.

How to Participate:

  • On Monday, March 17, you’ll receive a personalized survey link via email from ilead@qualtrics-survey.com with the subject line iLEAD Family Educational Partner Survey. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this important message.

Why Your Voice Matters:

  • Your feedback ensures we’re meeting the needs of all our learners and continuously improving our school.

Learner Outcome Survey (April 21-May 2)

Purpose:

  • This survey reflects your child’s progress in achieving our iLEAD Schoolwide Learner Outcomes, which are essential for personal and professional growth.

Process:

  • Your child will complete a Learner Outcome Reflection Survey with their facilitator/coach. You’ll receive their Semester 2 results via email and on their Semester 2 Report of Progress.

What to Look For:

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from ilead@qualtrics-survey.com with the subject line iLEAD Learner Outcomes – 2nd Semester Report of Progress.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable insights. Your participation helps us create the best possible learning environment for our learners.
