Below are valuable resources that offer knowledge, encouragement, and support for lactating parents. Whether you’re seeking guidance from experts or want to build community with other new parents, these programs can empower you on your journey.

Antelope Valley Medical Center Community Breastfeeding Group 

This nurturing space is designed just for you, your little one, and your support person. Find the knowledge and guidance that can make a world of difference on your breastfeeding journey. 

  • Day: Every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
  • Time: 11 AM – Noon.
  • Location: Women and Infants Pavilion Education & Breastfeeding Center, 44155 15th St. W., Lancaster, CA

BreastfeedLA Presents “Birthing Boldly, Fearlessly Feeding: Know Your Rights Training for Parents & Providers”

Discover your rights, foster dialogue, and ensure your voice is heard. Babies in arms welcome. Free parking available or a short walk from Union Station. Breakfast and lunch provided.

BreastfeedLA Presents “Liberation Lactation Lounge FOR US BY US”

Individualized Support: Join this FREE lactation clinic, a safe haven exclusively staffed by passionate Black Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) and Lactation Educator Specialists (CLES). We are here to help you achieve your infant feeding goals!

Virtual and In-Person

By appointment only. No insurance required, and completely free.
