Hello, Empower Generations Families and Learners!

I hope you had a great Mid-Fall Break. Our team participated in professional development and look forward to seeing you Monday, October 16.

Ms. Dani: Care Team & CTE Guide:

Cosmo Corner is a learner-led club that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 to 3:30 PM. Learners will choose a skill or interest in anything cosmetology and create a class about how to do that particular thing. I will be demonstrating a man’s short fade haircut as well as a woman’s long layered haircut. We always welcome and accept new learners to join!

We also are starting a Mind + Body Group, a club focused on social-emotional wellness. This will be a safe place to create connections with other learners and share how we are feeling and coping with life. If there is an interest, we will be meeting on the school campus Wednesdays.
