MHALA Leads Gratitude Activity at Empower Generations High School
On Thursday, we had an inspiring gratitude presentation with Mental Health America of LA at Empower Generations High School! Our learners took a moment to reflect on what they’re thankful for, writing their thoughts on pieces of paper and sealing them into beautifully decorated jars. These jars are a reminder of the positive moments and people in our lives, and a wonderful way to cultivate gratitude. Thank you to MHALA for partnering with us to create this meaningful experience!
