Empower Generations Morning Mindfulness

Join Ms. Jeanette every morning from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. for a time of mindfulness, body awareness, and flexibility training. We are starting a journey through the chakras that will take us to the end of the year. This week we will be learning about and focusing on the root chakra: our energy of stability, security, and basic needs.
