Need Help with Water Bills?
The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a federally funded program to help low-income families manage their water utility costs. If you are behind on your water or wastewater bill and qualify for the program, they can help you with a one-time payment. Apply and find out if you qualify.
